Somehow I had been getting away with my less than desirable choices, but this past week I pushed it too far and gained 3 lbs. Time to get back on track. Struggling to get on a regular exercise plan. Goal to do something everyday.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

I am on same boat. low energy and appetite in over drive. less carbs more consistent walking. we can do it! I have promised myself no matter how long I walk it matters. in the last 7 days the thought of an hour walk makes me feel defeated before I start. 20 to 30 minutes is doable. think for me a combination of stress/Anxiety/depression due to covid 19 uncertainties and restrictions.

Do your workout first thing before your even really awake then your body and mind don’t have time to protest!
