What is the caloric rate? The deficit or the amount you take in?

i was doing 1100 calories and not losing . the last two weeks i try to stay between 1300 and 1500. It is working. Like i said ( for now). I could probarbly eat more and still lose but a long history of dieting and it makes me scared to increase calories. I like to think this is more of a lifestyle change that will get me to my goal weight. My main issues are going between eating way too much. or starving myself which will only work for a week or two ( my body is so on to my tricks ). So a stable well balanced plan is hardest for me. I struggle with thinking If i eat less i could lose faster. And for me that is not so. I find logging everything i eat keeps me in check. And everyones support is wonderful. I think this time i can do this.

I think you are doing great!! Its been awhile since I checked in with you - and your chart is looking great!! Its amazing how we are learning such new things with our bodies, isn't it? When you finally pay attention to your body and its needs, you kind of figure it out. Now, if we can just control our minds to stay where our body needs it!!! ha!

You are doing great. I am sure your visit to the doctor's will be a good one. I have to go for lab work next month - hopefully this long-term health and food obsession will have some effect.
