Considering that I have been sick for the past several days, I am happy with the one pound. I also had a great meal at the Keg so that didn't help. My plan is a Lifestyle change. Meaning that I have to learn to balance everyday living within my RDI and finding time to exercise daily.

Today marks 21 lbs. lost and 21 to go!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
