Holy. Crap. I half expected this shakeup of my diet to not work at all! I guess the combination of the dietary change (from strictly 4HB to BB Containers) and moving (and all the steps, lifting, and cleaning associated with moving) really really worked. Can we move every week? JUST KIDDING. I'm so ready to get settled in.
And, naturally, I know that this is... not a fluke, but also not something I should get used to. The first week of the dietary change has flushed out any water gain I had from all of the overeating I did in the first month of the coronapocalypse, and maybe a little extra.
I have planned and ordered groceries for a second week for my new WOE, and hope to continue to have good results. <3

P.S. I need to rethink the location of my scale. I do not like the shadow being cast on it.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 102.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
