Ate pretty good over the last three days, but matched it with an aggressive WO routine. A little light exercises yesterday, although the weekly Car Wash in my driveway Paid off.....maybe it was the 90+ temperature 🤒


WOD was quite intense, especially the 2nd Half:
• Single Arm DB Man Maker 10x
• 20 hop over DB
• Banded Arm Curls 15x
• Pop Squats 20x
• DB BWS 15x
• 4x Rounds


600 Cals!!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
