Better sleep last night, was only restless for half the night and no big aftershocks so that helps a lot in the morning LOL. It's nice that the scale is down a tad too. Today I think I will be doing aerobics, might help with the stress.



207.5 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

WooHoo, Squiggs, that is awesome on both accounts! Glad that you are able to get a little rest! And I agree that aerobics will help with the stress, get those endorphins flowing!

Way to go Squiggs. Yes, exercising is a wonderful stress reliever. So glad to you hear you were finally able to get some rest. And look at the loss, Big Congrats on that and you enjoy your week-end.:)
