Yesterday I had a nice run, kept calories in check, but had a late dinner. 😁
150.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did the daily recording for about a week. Then the stay at home order hit and I just really didn't want to know the damage. Good for you running! We're having some really warm weather, near 90 and I don't feel like doing much. Finally turned the A/C on today.

Thank you, neighbor boys, for your support! Love2, my runs are kind of slow because of all the darn hills. Someday I'll make that 3 in 30! Hi Fritzy! Will your allergies calm down as we move into summer? I wish you could get out to walk. Things will surely get more normal someday. I would love, love to have some of your heat!
