Okay, I'm finally back to my lowest. What happens from here should be interesting. Can I get over the hump? 🐪
190.4 lb Lost so far: 60.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was on the hump at 190 for a while. I found that I was not staying consistent at staying active. This happened when the mowing season ended. It got warm and work picked up and then the plateau was broken. Slight adjustments from here on out are probably going to be in wind. May you will that power.
