I had to record it- I saw the 130's! (Barely, but that's ok!) Yipee! It was at 140.2 this morning then after my run and shower it was 139.8. So I'm recording it! I hope it will be in the 130's tomorrow still. I am watching points today and got my swim in last night plus 20 minutes of floor toning and my run this morning, so it should be. Tomorrow is my b-day so that will be a dinner out and probably some excess the next couple of days, but I don't want to blow it all either. I am so happy to finally see that! If I can remember right, I haven't seen the 130's since about 3 or 4 years ago and even then it was very briefly. It may not have been since 6 years ago before my daughter was born. I don't really remember. Anyhow, it's a happy thing that I am turning another year older (36) and I am probably the most fit I have ever been in my life. Not the skinniest, but the most fit. I never thought I could run before, and I'm doing it and swimming further than ever before too. Yeah! Just proves to show that we can do much more than we think we are capable of it we really put our minds to it. Have a happy day, my FS friends.

139.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
