I forgot to enter my 1st day of challenge. I carry around a 1 liter water bottle with me, and fill it up at least twice more a day. I've been doing this since Wednesday and I FEEL more hydrated if that makes more sense. My skin isn't so dry and scaly, and even my head feels better.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
