Ok, so the weight stayed up this morning, despite yesterday's workout. Oh! speaking of which, yes, my very gentle bulldozer of a friend dragged my butt to the gym, all kicking and screaming and every excuse in tow...and I am that much grateful to her..she's a bully and I love her!!

I didn't run, but did a brisk walk and managed to expend 240 k in 30 mins..not great, but not bad either. At least a way to shed off those excess chinese-food calories...speaking of which, uh oh! I am getting back on that old kick of chinese food!! Two days in a row! That stuff is ADDICTIVE, man!! Whatever the heck they put in it, keeps you so hypnotized, and with a subliminal message--"come back to me...come back to me"!!!! I almost caved and went there again today, but a last min good sense and my bully/keeper's admonishments saved me just in the nick of time...!

I worked out a little on the lighter side today..only 30 mins of treadmill and @ 3.8 miles...not much sweat...I need to go there first thing in the mornign and do a REAL freakin' workout!!! Not these lame, half-assed jobs!!

On the food-front, things have been quite well, as reported below:
Brunch: scrambled egg white with meatless crumbles and cheese (4) and coffee with soy milk (1)
Snack: yogurt (2) and laughing cow cheese (1)
snack: more cheese (2), more coffee
Dinner: Salad with ff feta (1), oil (0.5), and veggie patty (2)

water: 1.5 liter..a little on the low side.

153.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.6 lb a week

I haven't had Chinese food i SO long! It does the same thing to me so I have to stay away :( Good job on the exercise and food plan! YOU GO GIRL! BTW, Love the new bio pic. You look so pretty! Keep hanging in there. The 140's are calling you! :)

wOW! i WANNA meet that gentle bulldozer of a friend you have! I would have liked to thank her for dragging your kicking and screaming butt to the gym! We could have called on her last night to help us out, instead of Security, when you were harassing that poor, sweet and friendly, Bad Andee!

and I have to agree with Mary Beth on your new picture! You look very pretty indeed!! Not to mention that you appear as if you've already reached your goal. On the food front; you're gonna have to teach me to be as good as you are being! I'm having pizza, beer, diet soda AND a Snickers bar for dinner! LOL

I agree with Julie - Chinese food has lots of salt (and msg, unless you ask for it without) so I'm sure you're retaining water big time. Hooray for your bulldozer friend! Can I pay her to kick your butt a couple times for me? :)

HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHA! IM STILL LAUGHING AT YOU! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! yum! your daily chart of food sounds yummy! I start out eating healthy and typically lose by snackin on cookies and CRAP! ugh! lol... in ur default picture you look like a ghost in the leaves! hehe! a cute one...if it makes u feel better, lol. I'm with you... chinese food is quite addicting! SEE YA!
