Feeling like I'm back in control; it's a great feeling :)
124.6 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1700 kcal Fat: 55.95g | Prot: 65.41g | Carb: 247.01g.   Breakfast: Webber Naturals Organic Ground Flaxseed, Honey , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt) , Strawberries, Bananas , Cinnamon , Plain Yogurt (Lowfat) , Kellogg's Lowfat Granola. Lunch: Thousand Island Dressing, Extra Lean Sliced Deli Turkey Ham, Granny Smith Apples, Sweet Red Peppers, Whole Wheat Bread, Delallo Pesto, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Mixed Salad Greens, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Ice Creams. more...
