I have been working really hard this week I was hoping to lose more than a half pound. I know it is a loss but it would be nice to get to the 140s. I am going to work hard this week to get me to that next goal. Though since I have been eating healthy and excersing since my knee has been better I have lost a total of 13 lbs. Hopefully I can lose two pounds this week to see my next goal. It gets so frustrating losing small numbers when you eat strict and workout consistantly. Though I have to remind myself of how much muscle I have gained and so I probably have lost more fat than the scale indicates in numbers. Good luck and till next week for bigger numbers.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
