Apparently the extra calories were needed as no weight gain followed. Probably most likely due to the anxiety syndrome!!!! In the home 🏡 too long....


Made it to the early morning Virtual Gym WO. It woke us up 🤪🤪


EMOM Ascending

• Jump Rope - 10,20,30,40,50,60,70
• I.e. - EMOM - Burpees 1x, JR 10x
• Finish Descending (6,5,4, etc)
• 11 Rounds


• 100m Sprints every 1:30 minutes x 10


• RB Curls 15x & Pop Squats (10x)

Burned 600 Calories, where’s the coffee ☕️
167.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
