I was discouraged about not losing any weight after a few weeks of keeping calories down to 1200. Lucky for me I didn't gain too much weight but haven't lost.
I really need to incorporate exercise. Now that the weather is nicer I am going to start walking for at least every other day.
Also I am going to try South Beach Diet and try to keep the calorie intake low too with tracking.
