Ugh. I ate too much bbq at my friend's house last night and I'm paying for it today with a stomach ache. Blech! I'll be eating light today.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean! Took a friend out to Red Lobster for lunch yesterday & it sat in my stomach like a brick the rest of the day. I seriously feel like living on lettuce & water for a couple days, lol.

mmm lobster! How I could even think that would be good right now, I don't know! I did just have a cup of soup and a square of dark chocolate for lunch and that was PLENTY.

Oh! BBQ is such a terrible temptation - and then there's all the dangerous sides that go with it. I'm glad you're back on track.
