Well, I can't say that I am happy with my gain this week, but I am not letting it get me down. I have been really busy with family, traveling & work that it's been hard to stay on my diet 100%. I can say that I have made one positive change this week ... I have had a salad for lunch @ work for the past 3 days! That is improvement! ;) They have improved the salad bar @ work & I am LOVIN' it!

I feel like I am really in a maintenance stage right now. I am 5' 7", 156.8lbs. & wearing a size 8! I never thought that I would reach this stage! I am so happy to be here! I know that there is room for improvement, but I am happy with my body! I am more fit than I was in high school & I am 4 sizes smaller than I was then! =D There is more comfort in the maintenance stage than I thought that there was. I remember being scared of mantenance because I didn't know how I would "maintain" a low weight. Well, now that I am here ... I love it! I have reintroduced some foods that I haven't had in 8 months or more, but I have smaller portions. I still have to watch what I eat & get my workouts in, but I don't feel as stressed about what the scales are going to give me! There is more peace to maintenance than I expected!

Now, all of this does not mean that I don't want to shoot for 150 still. That is a reasonable goal, but I know that it is not going to happen overnight & I am just fine with that! ;)
156.8 lb Lost so far: 63.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
