kind of switched to weight watchers, just trying to eat better quality of foods and smaller portion size!!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet The South Beach Diet   losing 0.5 lb a week
