I ate almost 1800 calories yesterday but still went down a little 😊 I usually have a very light lunch/ snack in the afternoon but I decided to enjoy the last leftover Angus beef patty minus the bun yesterday. Still only around 300 calories, so not too bad. Dinner was light with Salmon & green beans. I was craving some pasta so whipped up some Angel Hair....even with some butter & parmesan it was around 300 calories.

I woke up a little earlier today. It's really windy & I could hear the wind blowing & small branches dropping on the back deck. It's sunny but supposed to be cooler today and even into the 30's tonight. So much for Spring arriving. I might have to move a few of my potted plants back inside overnight. I just put the large Mandevilla on the deck yesterday 😐

We have an appointment this afternoon to take care of some banking business. The bank lobby is closed....drive thru only....but you can make an appointment for certain transactions that can't be taken care of over the phone or online. It's been almost 2 weeks again since I've been out of the house other than neighborhood walks. The first time I need to wear a mask/ face covering.

145.6 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
