So I didn't gain, but I didn't lose either. I'm glad I didn't gain but upset that I gave myself too much leeway this past week and didn't see any loss. Today is a new day and I'm going to get back my motivation to lose the next 12 pounds! I mixed up my exercise this morning. Instead of doing the elliptical for 30 mins as usual, I did 15 mins on the stationary bike, and 25 mins walking on the treadmill. Maybe a minute of that was jogging. Haha. I also put the incline up quite a bit. My legs hurt now, but it's worth it. Today might be hard. For some reason I am feeling ravenous! I had a pretty big breakfast and I'm still hungry. I'm going to go chug some water to see if that helps.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm right there with you. I've been slacking this last week and now it's time to get back on track. Good job on upping the exercise. Sometimes that's the little boost you need to start losing again. I just noticed the name of your diet. It's... hardcore.
