Heading back down that slippery slope. Lunch time is approaching and instead of eating the PB&J that I packed, I'm going to WALK across the road to the store and get some pepperoni and cheese. I know it's higher in sodium but at least I won't blow my Carbs through the roof yet again today.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
