I haven't exactly followed a wt loss plan for about 2 months! I know...bummer. But even thou...i have done pretty well. I am going to try to commit to work out tomorrow for @ least 1 hr @ the gym. I have just been so de-motivated! Being lazy around the house is a very hard HABIT to break!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 1.1 lb a week

I know how hard it is to go from couch to treadmill, but if you know that you HAVE to do it, you will!! Just think about how fantastic you will look in your smaller clothes - a smaller jean size is sweater than the sweatest dessert!! You can do it!!
