That is more what I was expecting last week. Some of this is real, some is water retention due to eating a lot of carbs this week and yesterday especially, and due to being on allergy meds. My sinuses are inflamed. Meh. Sleep has also been poor. I've had weird dreams and have been waking frequently, all week. Even today I was up over an hour early, and I I up at 4 AM on regular days...
Anyways, before weighing in, yesterday, I already decided it was time to get back on track. Eating everything in sight has been fun, but it has lost its luster. I am not doing 4HB, exactly, but trying to be more mindful. I shall begin tomorrow, the first day of the week. I also plan to get back on IF, which I neglected for the past couple of weeks.
My workouts have been fairly light (yoga), but they have been daily! I also incorporated 4 days of weight lifting, which I shall continue this week.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 96.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Right on for expressing the need and intention to get back on track. I think by doing so, it helps us stay motivated and more focused! Great job 😊
