This is BULL CRAP!!! How can I only lose 4 ounces in one day when doing this 100% ???? This is ridiculus. I had half an orange for my fruit last night. Could it be that I do better with strawberries? Because other than that I just don't get it. I was 241.8 yesterday and this morning I go weight all happy thinking for sure I'll be at least 239 and ohhhhh nooooo, 4 freakin' ounces, AHHH!!!! Sorry ladies, just need to get my frustration out.
241.4 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are on a very low calorie diet. Our bodies respond in different ways to that. Some people's metabolisms slow down because it's not getting enough fuel to burn. But 4oz for one day isn't a bad loss. It is most likely fat. If you saw what 4oz of fat looked like off your body, you would jump for joy. It will come off. Time and patience is the only way (even though it sucks).

Down 4 ounces is better than UP 4 ounces.... hee hee hee Hang in there! Are you drinking lots and lots and lots of water? I peed about 30 times a day for the first week. This week I've averaged about 15 times a day.....

Elixaveth, that is almost 1/2 a pound, any loss is still great...On a regular diet the loss would be 1/2 a pound per WEEK. As Suzi said that is almost 1/2 a pound of pure fat and that is a good thing. Part of the process is that you will go through slower losses especially as the body gets used to the protocol. You may even stall at some point...It is a good idea to track your inches because sometimes when the pounds are not going down the body is restructuring and you are actually loosing inches. Try not to stress and just go with the process. Try comparing the HCG process with other traditional diets and you will find that 1/2 pound per day compared to 1/2 pound per week is super awesome!

You all are right, I guess I was just upset that I didn't hit the 230's today, I was realy expecting that, but thanks for your knocking some sence into me :-D

Hey Buddy!! Unfortunately this seems to happen to everyone during the course of Phase 2. It is absolutely normal and it's hard to fix normal. You are probably losing inches now.I feel for you because it sure can be be a little dissappointing from time to time. At times like this you need to remember the big picture and that you are heading in the right direction. Also try to make the change back to strawberries and see if it helps! Have a great Friday!
