I was a bit surprised this morning, but I did eat less yesterday....less calories anyway. Normal breakfast of fruit, bagel & peanut butter....Lunch was 3/4 of a honeycrisp apple, a cherry Greek yogurt & 2 cups of popcorn. Dinner....a very filling salad with chicken breast. I had a couple of glasses of merlot with dinner. Then I broke down & opened my bag of Jelly beans. I counted out 20 & ate them....wasn't even tempted to have more 😀 While watching TV I had a lime Outshine bar. I never felt hungry between my meals / snacks.

Got a walk in yesterday, but that was the extent of my exercise. I did do a little housework. Colored my hair (roots) & trimmed my own bangs 💇 I'd been clipping them out of my eyes with a barrette, but decided it was time to look normal again!

Not sure what's on the agenda today. We should probably get outside for some more yard work, but that depends on Hubby's motivation. It's a sunny day with temps expected in the mid to upper 60's.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
