Quarantine blues... staying home except for a few trips to the store for necessities. Always using disposable exam gloves and sanitizing wipes....

It's all good, though; I danced in the garage for over an hour , did a streaming yaoga/Pilates class with a Zumba instructor (who is certified in many ways) just a few days ago. I've had time to make healthy meals, homemade whole wheat bread, etc.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
