I haven't done my food log in two days because I've been so busy, but I have been keeping up with watching what I eat and ended up losing half a pound. So I'm pretty happy about it :)
136.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I'm so excited! I don't know whether to try to lose 5 more pounds or focus more on getting more muscle in my abdomen.
