Gonna weigh in daily. I was doing really well but when I got back from my March Vacation things went down hill a little. Have been on it for the past week and am coming up with a eating plan that works (two cheat meals a week). My workout plan is 3 total body weight lifting sessions and cardio six times a week. I honestly feel that I look good and will post pics soon(I took some with my speedos and just dont think they are fatsecret appropriate so I will take new ones with shorts). Lets get summer ready!!!!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
