goooooooooooood mornin everyone...shorter route today..thought i had done at least 10 miles..lol...i was tired from yesterday i guess...only 6.6 miles...but thats ok...weight was down this morning ...not alot but any is good...slow an steady works just fine for me..hopefully i can do another ride after lunch to get a few more miles in for the day...these cooler mornings are making it harder to get out in the mornings to do a morning ride...but just means more layers to wear ..to get my workout in for the morning...

i tried on some winter gear yesterday just to see what fit now compared to last year when i wore it...needless to say even though the scales dont always tell the whole story...the loss of belly fat does...shirts and sweatshirts that rode up my belly last year an let my belly peak thru the bottom of the shirt, are now covered completely...a break thru regardless of what the scales show...so im all smiles today knowing that im doing better then each day that i watch the scales an dont see the success that i kno im making...
