This Bike 🚲 Ride Goal - once per day (about 300 Cals burned) until Country is back to normal, has really made the body feel refreshed!! Almost to the point of buying a “New” bike. Okay, maybe not....haha 😂

Back below 167, my maintenance goal, so need to eat some PB today!!
