Woke up to sunshine this morning 🌞 What a welcome sight! It poured with lightning & thunder off & on all day yesterday. No walks for a couple of days so I look forward to getting out today.

We ended up staying up to watch an extra episode of Better Call Saul last night....it was pouring & the dogs needed to go out one last time. I sat there thinking I should have another snack 😐 I almost never have anything after my after dinner snack. I guess I was too lazy cause I never got up to get anything & the feeling passed. The drawback to counting calories for me is if I haven't used all my calories I sometimes feel like I can eat something else.

145.2 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
