Too high of a percentage of my total calories came from eating cookies. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.4
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
