Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly β€˜no solid food’ fasting

Yesterday I managed to do a 5 mile πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚β€run πŸ‘πŸΎ

This week I feel mentally up to sticking to the diet all 5 days (unlike last week where I decided to break the diet in the middle of the week).

181.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
