Up a lb. today. That could be cause I woke up earlier than usual & got on the scales....or maybe it's that slice of pie I had for dessert 😊

It's cloudy again today & I'm trying to decide what I should do today. I'm leaning towards watching another episode of Mrs. Maisel on Amazon. I am not feeling motivated to do cleaning or organizing. Since I'm retired I can do that anytime.

The app kept throwing me out when I was trying to update, so I went in from another direction. Hopefully, it won't all dissapear.

I have been home for a full week now other than walks in the neighborhood. I had thought I'd accompany Hubby when he did a grocery run yesterday but he discouraged me so I stayed home. He said after he got home it was the first time he felt a little queasy (uncomfortable) after being out. He only went to Walmart but was able to replenish our fresh fruits & veggies, wine supply, my popcorn, and a few canned goods.

More & more places are cutting hours or closing. It seems the folks south of us feel "safer" in our clean, mountain air cause a lot of them drove up yesterday to hike & be outdoors. They need to stay home & stop crowding our little town while we're all trying to put distance between ourselves. Not easy the more people their are. We just got our 1st confirmed case of the virus yesterday 😐

146.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
