Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

I will try to πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚β€ run today. Not for weight loss, but, because I haven’t done a run in 3 weeks (sigh).

181.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you get one in. I ran yesterday (well shuffled). Nice to get out and just focus on breath. Have a good day. Life is good.

@liv001 - Thanks! I have been able to get a 1 hour walk in each day so I am thankful for that. I just want to do a marathon run to cause an 'intense sweat' that will somehow make me feel 'flushed out and cleansed'. It is not raining today, but, it is very cold. Running in the cold doesn't allow me to get a good sweat (sigh).
