Is it still raining on your side? I wish it is sunny in Los Angeles so that you can get some vitamin D. I am like you, I feel lucky that I can work from home and still have a job! Take care and stay safe!

@liv001 - On the drop I-have-no-clue as to what happened. You can see from my food diary I had my usual high carb Friday. My theory is that it takes 'multiple days' of carbing out to 'move up' or 'multiple days' of fasting to 'move down'. Anything less and my weight is just a crap shoot... Haha! This weekend I will be carbing up and feeling sorry for myself that the world is crazy with a pandemic...
