I feel like I failed... However I think that I gained a good portion of this weight since I started my running routine last night, and I'm very sore today (stupid water). However, I'm going to try harder, I can't let that spoonful of mashed potatoes I had ruin my week. But geez what is meatloaf without a little potatoes on top. lol.

This week is already harder, I've got several times when I am meeting people for business meals, and the food at work this week is my favorites (chicken and dumplings!). I may have to do another few days of fat fast to make up for any minor slip ups I have.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
