Solid #’s on the scales 😎. The same numbers two (2) days in a row. Of course, I limited my Calorie intake due to no gym activity yesterday.

We don’t realize how easy to put the weight back on w/o the exercise routines. Especially with not changing Calorie counts.........
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
