Taco Bell yesterday, so it'll be around for a minute 😜.


My new temporary workout:


** Sofa deadlifts with 120lbs of wife on it

** Wife squats (her in fireman's carry position on my shoulders)

** Bent-over wife rows (her on the floor with an overhand grip on a 2x4 and me standing over her with an underhand grip on the same board)

** Ab wheel rollouts

** V-ups

** Pull-ups

** Tons of push-ups spread throughout the day


Only takes about 30-45 minutes - get creative, folks!

PS - I'm forcing my wife to eat more to continue with my progressive overload 😉
156.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We don’t have heavy enough weights for the hubby so I considered going to the shed for a 2x6. I could lay on it and he could bench me. BUT I’m afraid I’d fall off, injure myself and have to go to the ER lol.
