I am thrilled to report that I lost the weight that I gained from being BAD earlier this week! Plus, I lost 0.6lb. more! WOOHOO! Thank you, Jesus! =D Lots of prayer, water & exercise made it happen!
I feel like I am back on track now! As long as I can keep from "rewarding" myself with foods that I am not suppose to eat! It's getting to be that time of the year when I am going to have to be really good on normal days. Because with holidays, parties & family get-togethers just around any corner, I will have to follow my diet on the days in between in order to lose weight in the long run. I am ok with the fact that these last few pounds before my goal are slowly coming off, but I just want to stay on the downward trend, not an upward one!
This week I have found that I am burnt out on cucumbers, green peppers & salad! Unfortunately, that's really been my main vegetables over the last 7 months. I love them, so I could eat them every day. Now ... well, I don't want any cucumbers or green peppers. I would love to have a restaurant salad, but one @ home is not as appealing to me anymore. Therefore, I am going to have to find some other veggies to eat. I think I am going to fix some vegetable soup on Tuesday. That sounds really yummy right now! :P

You did such a great job! :] And i see you're only 5 pounds from your goal! Thats excellent! Veggies soup IS yummy! try some peas, onions and carrots in it. now i want some homemade soup lol
