Still working to get to 140. I am stuck at this weight. At least I am NOT gaining!

In a few days I will be 62 years old.

I have my own small web site now. www.theroadhomeagain.com It is helping me stick to this new way of eating. Have some friends and we all are working hard to reach our desired weights.

155.0 lb Lost so far: 145.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed 100%.
