Day 2 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

Well it looks like I will be working from home for at least two weeks. I am lucky to have a job, many people are suffering really hard right now (and it will probably get worse).

We have plenty of food, but, I plan to stick to my normal fasting schedule. Ironically that requires a lot of water (for my protein shakes), and that is what is in short supply. We have enough water for now.

My gym sent an email that it is closed until further notice. I can’t complain because I haven’t been there since early February anyway. I would like to 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run, but, it has 🌧 rained every day for the past two weeks…

But again, in light of everything that is going on, I don’t have anything to complain about.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!

I started thinking about having a supply of water in the house weeks before everyone started cleaning out the stores. Every time I went to the gym I would go to the grocery store and pick up 2 to 4 gallon bottles of water! So I'm good for at least 2 to 3 weeks. There is always tap water, but I don't like it! It's been raining here as well as massive amounts of snow just an hour away.

Good for you for sticking to your plan! It stopped raining where I live and I am going for an hour walk. Unfortunately it is still cold and I need to wear snow pants!

@Fritzy 22 - Tap water! I live in Los Angeles, that stuff is *deadly* 😜.

@Ireland-83 - Thanks. It stopped raining, but, in California we are on "Shelter In Place" so now I don't want to go out and have to deal with any "Drama" on what 'activity' is permitted or not...

I feel you! I did a home workout yesterday. Trying to stick to the routine as well. I definitely don't prefer working from home. This is waaaaaay more house time than I am used to. Best to everyone!

I had to look up "Shelter in Place". It can certainly get more complicated when they can enforce it. I would do the same and stay home!

@Danana - Yeah I honestly would rather go to work 😒 I like to keep work at work and home at home and *away* from my refrigerator!

@Ireland-83 - They are making up the rules as they go along... (sigh)
