Well I'm on my 4th day of 2000kCal deficit. I'll feel much better about the whole thing once I've made it through the next weekend, and have this better under my belt so to speak :D
278.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
