It's shocking how fast I can gain weight. My eating is out of control again. Portion sizes are too big and eating way too much junk food and sweets. I have a high level of anxiety right now bc of work and mom, and I know it's related. My knees are starting to bother me. I have to get this under control somehow. Can I fast to get back on track?

Fasting can be a great tool, definitely do some research before you dive in. For me, when life gets crazy, I try to remember to focus on the things that I can control, like what I put into my body. You've got this!

Deborah, what are the measurements?

Coco, I have done 5/2 and 8/16 IF before. I haven’t been able to stick with either one. The people who do seem to have great success. I wish I had more will power. 😕

Johannes. Sorry really bad at measurements I just hear the ingredients and throw them in you can find it in Pinterest and Google. It is my go to for preventing a ND aleeviating pain. I work 12 hour days on Sundays. Before golden milk it would take untill Tuesday to not hurt. I now wake up pain free.

Deborah, I found what looks like a great recipe. It adds cinnamon and ginger, both also anti inflammatory, and raw honey for the sweetener. I’ll let you know if it works.
