Yes! 3 more pounds down. I bought a scale for myself last night since the gym one sucks. It measures body fat and hydration level too. As of this morning, I am 153lbs, 32% body fat, and 49% hydrated. Lol. :)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
