Weight stayed the same 😊 in spite of eating three meals and a couple of snacks yesterday. I had skipped lunch 3 days in a row, but yesterday joined Hubby for a ham and cheese sandwich on low cal bread. Later I wasn't exactly hungry but I wanted something so had my go to popcorn and tea. Dessert was more popcorn...this time Boom Chika Pop Kettle Corn. Love that popcorn! I went over RDI by 150 calories. Guess that was OK for maintenance.

Sunny today & supposed to be warm so it may be another good day for an hour or 2 of raking. If it's not too wet from yesterday's rain.

Hubby's out tonight so I'm on my own for dinner. Thinking more Asian Cashew Chopped Salad and chicken. Tasty but easy 😊
144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
