Recording my breakfast this morning. Hoping to keep record throughout the day today. MIGHT be the day I get back on track!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometime I sit around before bed or right after I get up and go back to make sure I added everything. Sometimes the day gets crazy and we forget. Don’t get discouraged if you forget a few things throughout the day. Just go back and add it. You got this!!

Perfection is not required or even an option, but you can do this! When I feel tempted to do something significantly out of my program (like having that glass of wine), I tell myself to wait, do something else, imagine my feeling of having conquered that urge and moved on. Then success builds on success.

What is holding you back? The fact that you don't have the FS app available all the time? I love FS, but I don't have my computer/phone attached to me. So instead, I now simply have a pen and paper in the kitchen next to the scale. It has become a habit again to weigh and write down what I eat. And when I have a break, I grab that piece of paper and log it on FS to follow my food intake. You can do it.

OOOPS! I guess I should have been reading your comments all along today! Instead, I had 6" of a Firehouse Club Sub for lunch with a handful of Grandma Utz potato chips, and then just had about 1-1/2 serving of tortilla chips. I think that if I would have read everyone's supportive comments, I would have made better choices. BUT, I'm going to go in now and record everything, so THANKS!

I've still got the other half of that 12" sub to eat for dinner. Even though I won't win any prizes for WHAT I'm eating, at least I can get a consolation prize for still reporting it! Better go add those six black grapes I had, too.
