Three days of drinking 48oz water and walking 1/2 mile. 3 of 30 = 10% done! Of course, I'm hoping to CONTINUE after the 30 days, and to add back more things into my daily regimen. Making progress.
222.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
