I've been getting back into a healthy routine this week & it's paying off. My scale shows that I'm down 4 lbs! Now, that sounds like a bit much to me, but I'll take that number & use it to further motivate me to be good this weekend. Yay, I'm turning this around:)
193.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
