I ate a lot yesterday.... like well over my RDI. I never do that and was probably catching up. It fits in my week thus far. I’m sure it’s a lot of water, and a solid gain too. My sleep has been horrible,until last night. I came home and had not awful snacks, and crashed on the couch until 9:45 this morning .
199.0 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks HCB and tatauu ♥️ Friends, that insomnia was so real!! I could barely keep my eyes open at work yesterday. I just ate, not all bad things minus the chocolate covered cheese cake bites lol. The DD muffin was the protein muffin, but I ate the whole thing. It just isn’t an actual macros reflection with that only. I took my magnesium and muscle relaxers and NSAID last night to ensure good sleep ☺️ It definitely worked🙌🙌 💜💚
